Professional Details

Short Biography

Andrew Galloway is a Mancunian who has been enchanted by the wild places of the world since being a small boy. Originally a student of Geology and Geography at Aberystwyth and Durham Universities, Andrew has worked for the past twenty years in the airline industry, enjoying the opportunities for travel this has brought. Recently he has combined a life-long interest in photography with a love of the written word, writing articles which draw on his outdoor experience in the hills and mountains of Britain and in particular on familial connections with Wales.

He is currently working on his first novel.

Professional Activities

Andrew continues to write feature articles for various outdoor oriented magazines including Camping Magazine, Glamping Magazine and The Great Outdoors. In 2018 he will be venturing into theatre criticism.
