Short Biography

I’m an outdoor and adventure writer with a special interest in cutting edge expeditions and adventure, as well as health and fitness.

I trained as an academic and have a PhD in Physical Activity and Public Health.

Passionate about the outdoors, and particularly the cold, my personal adventures have seen me travel to Arctic Norway and Siberia in recent years. In Spring 2020 I’m walking 700km along the coast of Baffin Island in the Canadian Arctic.
