Lancashire-born and Welsh-Marches-raised, I’m a geography graduate specialising in guidebooks, magazine and newspaper articles, interpretive booklets and leaflets in the countryside, heritage and travel sectors for a wide range of clients. I’m also widely experienced in desk, field and photo research. In my past life I’ve seen professional employment in sustainable tourism, countryside access, heritage interpretation, local planning, public transport and industrial archaeology. Extensively travelled in the Azores, Europe, USA, SE Asia and Australia, I’ve an undying fascination for pubs, canals and discovering new horizons.
