Outdoor Focus Autumn 2016

Posted on: December 1st, 2016 by OWPGWordsmith

of2016-11-fcThe Autumn Edition of Outdoor Focus (ably edited and put together by Stephen Neale) is now available to view online.

There’s a compelling article by Gary Richardson about why DSLRs have “run aground on a Mirrorless tide”

A photo-montage and highlights of the AGM at the Isle of Wight

Ronald Turnbull charts his way through the hazards of map publishing for outdoor writers – a very useful topic for any of us getting into self-publishing of routes online or in print.

And as usual book reviews, movie making, the mystic world of Mr Main and Kev sounds off again (this time reminiscing about how some London children were evacuated to a hill underneath a German bombing route).

The paper issue (for those who haven’t requested digital-only OF) will be arriving in the next few days, or download the PDF version for tablets and other smaller devices.
