Short Biography
Steve Davison is an award-winning writer and photographer specialising in hill walking and European and UK travel, with interests in geology, nature and native woodlands. A keen hill walker for many years and holder of a Mountain Leader (summer) Certificate; he has also worked as a part-time outdoor education instructor (many years ago).

Travel and outdoor writer and photographer for guidebooks and magazines.
Steve has written and illustrated a range of books including a number of guidebooks for Cicerone; further books are currently being researched. He also wrote a monthly walk feature for Berkshire & Buckinghamshire Life for 8 years and for Hampshire Life for 7 years.
Occasional contributor to other publications which have previously included: Destination France, Camping, Independent, Independent on Sunday, Trail, TGO and local newspapers.
